Am Cardio
Turbo Jam cardio party 40+ minutes

Workout
Shoulders

Warm-up elliptical 3 minutes, light presses

Overhead db presses 30'sX12, 40'sX10, 40'sX9 :)
BB presses 65X12, 70X10, 75X10, 80X8
Lateral raises 15's x12, 20'sX8, dropset 20X6, 15X6, 12X6, 10X6
pec dec rear delt 65X12, 70X10, 75X8 why is this sooo hard?
DB shrugs 50X12, 55x10, 60X8

I had a good workout - my trainer was there doing legs with His trainer (room full of trainers training :) ), that in itself was pretty motivating (and amusing...only Saturday is coming), but then my trainer had me come over and show his trainer my workout log. He wanted to show him how much weight I do...SO THERE, JAY! I felt a little boosted by that :)

Pm Cardio - walked and walked up and down hills at the dog park :) Brian said that, for now, this can count :)

Food today - got a little derailed at the end of the day, but nothing too drastic.

2 scoops whey, TBSP Udo's
1/2c oats, butter buds, brown sugar twin

11:15
5 oz chicken breast
1/2c brown rice

1:15ish
myoplex lite (PWO)

4:30
5 oz tilapia
4 oz shrimp
green beans

7:45ish
chicken breast, fried :0
asparagus

2 sugar-free popsicles, whilst others had ice cream....

10 pm
1 scoop whey
tbsp Peanut butter

Things I did right today:
1) Didn't try to discredit myself when complimented by my trainer.
2) Had a good workout!


Hmmmm. That might be it for today :)
