AM cardio: Step aerobics video
Workout:
Shoulders,
w/u elliptical 5 min, light presses
overhead db presses 35'sX12, 40'sX11,40'sX9
overhead bb presses 7011, 70X11, 75X10, 80X9 the first two sets sucked, then the last two were really good, go figure
lateral raises 15'sX12, 20'sX8, dropset 20'sX6 15'sX6 12'sX6 10'sX6 8'sX6
pecdec rear delt 65X12, 70X8, 50X15 (I was burnt out yb the time I got to these, I think)
DB Shrugs 55'sX12, 60'sX10, 65'sX8
PM cardio extra laps and a few bursts of running at the dog park
Food: Still not getting all my meals in - no good excuse today, was hanging out and talking to the neighbors when I should have been eating my dinner...so dinner was late, hence no snack. I really need to fix this.

Things I did right today:
1) Went to the dog park and got my cardio in instead of going to '300' again.
2)Kept at those barbell presses until I got the number I wanted.
