A non-lifting day...
AM cardio - I finally got on the stepmill and it kicked my a**. I lasted 15 minutes and then did 15 minutes intervals on an elliptical. Good and sweaty.
PM cardio - dog park, easy walking a lot of hills...
My feet are complaining about that whole jumping rope thing...may have to limit that to once a week until my feet get better, it is effecting my cardio a little.I will see how they recover over the weekend, hopefully they stop hurting.
Thursday was a good day, food-wise. I got all my meals in and ate clean. A LOT of emotional stuff going on right now, just trying to maintain my equilibrium.

Things I did right on Thursday....
1) Didn't let really depressing news drag me off track.
2) Did easy walk for Pm cardio, let foot recover...
3)Got my daughter registered for Junior High School (next year, eek!)
