Thursday - 4 out of 6 ain't bad

I had 6 goals for myself today - I made 4 of them. the 2 that didn't happen? Studying anf PM cardio. Thursday is always hard - I am tired! Anyhow...today studying WILL happen! Pm cardio might not because of family plans...but I will probably do HIIT after I lift today.
Thursday Am cardio - 20 minute Turbo jam dvd
Shoulders:
warm-up 8 minutes elliptical
db overhead presses 15'sX20, 25'sX12, 30'sX12, 35'sX8
I superset the db presses with swiss ball crunches with a med ball 4 sets 8X15
front raises 12'X15, 15'sX12, 12'sX12
lateral raises 12'sX12, 12'sx12, 10'sX12
rear delt flyes 12'sx15, 15'sx12, 12'sx12
I did those 3 in a circuit, with about 30 seconds rest inbetween and for some reason they just sucked today - my shoulders were sore and just not working right :( So.. I skipped shrugs and did some rotator cuff exercises instead with a band.
Food wasn't too bad - forgot to eat my oatmeal at breakfast time (no wonder I was so hunrgy before it was time to eat again...) I ate it at Meal 3 instead....
7:30 1 1/2 scoops whey in water
9:30 1/2c rice
4 oz turkey tenderloin
mixed veggies
(found my bowl of oatmeal sitting on the printer...)
12:30
1/2c oats, cinnamon, splenda, smart balance lite
1/2 chipotle salad (leftovers)
fast-twitch pre-workout
PWo shake
5:30 2 pollock fillets, baked
green beans with homemade pesto (mmmm)
salad (lettuce, cukes, tomato, shredded carrot)
drizzle of french and bleu cheese dressing
8:30ish 2 spoonfuls natty Peanut butter
about 6 hunks of beef jerky
