Thursday - a good day, a cheat night...

Am Cardio - Turbo Jam 20 minutes
Workout - Bis and Tris
Warm-up 3 minutes elliptical and some light curls/extensions
closegrip bench press 70X12, 80X10, 90X8
skull krushers 35.5X12, 45.5X10, 50.5X7 (got a little too ambitious, I guess)
tri pressdown- straight bar 60X12, 80X10, 100X8
seated db curl 15'sX12, 20'sX10, 20'sX10
standing cable curls (someone using cambered bar) 35X12, 40X10, 45X8
Pm Cardio 20 minutes intervals on precor elliptical
Food for Thursday:
6:15
1 scoop isopure in crystal lite
coffee
(cardio)
8:00
shake:
1/3c oats
5 frozen strawberries
1 sccop isopure
TBSP Udo's 3-6-9 oil
10:20
1 can tuna
1 green apple
1/4c walnuts
WF honey Dijon dressing
12:30 (ate out, but didn't overeat:) )
4 pieces sushi, wasabi, soy sauce
mushrooms, green beans, broccoli
salt&pepper chicken, indian chicken, mongolian beef
hot tea
(workout and cardio)

2 - ready to drink myoplex lite (in transit)
6:15 CHEAT MEAL WARNING! (Not as bad as I thought)
2 shrimp tacos (flour taco shells, shrimp, lettuce, pico de gallo, white cheese)
corn chips and salsa
light beer..
At home later - reduced fat cheez-its and some chocolate :)
Okay, did it, won't regret it, moving on.
Things I did right on Thursday:
1)Didn't get angry at my Mother for being late for her training session, again. Pointless.
2)Did alternate exercise when the equipment I wanted was in use. (Okay, I am reaching here)
3) Got to bed at a 'reasonable' hour, even though i was having a cheat night. Hmm, shouldn't it be a cheat meal, instead of night? Dinner wasn't that bad, though. I guess we will see on Saturday when I am re-comped if it had a negative effect.
