We started with 2 warmup sets of bentover db rows: 10x10, 10x15
One arm db rows: 4 sets, 15x30, 12x30, 10x35, 8x35
Narrow grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x60,10x70,8x70
Flat DB Bench Press: 4 sets, 15x25,12x25,10x30,8x30
Flat DB Flys: 3 sets, 12x20,10x20,8x25
Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets, 15x15,10x15,8x20
front raises: 4 sets, 12x10, 10x12, 8x15
Didn't do my cardio in the evening as I'd planned. I got out of work a little late and had business to take care of at home. I hope to be on track with my cardio next week. And my diet...which started okay, until the whole wheat pasta and Italian sausage for dinner. I was very tired and not interested in fixing my own food...so I got what my bf was fixing.
