Thursday Evening workout

I was out late last night--in bed at 2:00 a.m. so I had no intention of getting up at 4:00 a.m. I did, however, still have to get up at 6:00 a.m. to get ready for work. I managed to get through the day without dragging too badly. Went to the gym tonight to make up for the morning.

Warmups: assisted pullups...8x-60,6x-70,8x-70,8x-80 did overhand widegrip, and underhand.
Bentover BB rows: 12x75,10x75,8x75
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 12x90,8x100,4x110,4x110
SLDL: 12x95,7x95,8x95,6x75 (I did manage 12 reps on the first set with no straps, but couldn't keep it up--I was too lazy to go all the way back to the locker room to get my straps)

I ran into someone from work and showed her a few things instead of doing my hyperextensions. Oh well...
