Thursday fell by the wayside...

I started out with good intentions, but I was still hacking up stuff and had a headache when it was time to make the decision to go to th egym or not. I let myself get sucked into a project with my sister instead. probably good anyways, my hip was sore, my knees felt funky, I had a million little whiny excuses...and I gave into them. Nutritionally I started out strong and the day deteriorated..date night with my hubby. the good news is we watched "Supersize Me" and he has agreed that there is no place for fast food in our lives anymore.
Thursday food:
6:50
3oz chicken breast
1/4c oatbran
smart balance/brwon sugar twin
9:54
4 oz salmon
soy sauce
6 oz yam
12;30
hi-energy chai latte
5:30 (late, and this may be what led to the junk meal later)
tilapia
rice pilaf
broccoli
lite beer
7:00
taco salad
steak taquitos/guacamole
3 beers
sf chocolate bar
I think I have reached some good places with my thinking on food - we went to the grocery store after dinner because I wanted a chocolate treat (I know the carb cycle is coming..). I spent at least half an hour wandering around looking at choices..ice cream, no too much dairy, cheesecake, no, someone really heavy was walking by (a sign from above), brownie mix , no then I would have them around the house... i finally bought some mixed berries and some sugarfree chocolate. of course, then we had Taco Bell and beer later, but again, that was a last minute sort of food panic because I know the diet is coming...I am done with it now - no more now until after the show, and by then I won't even want it, so - Officially "Good-bye nasty junk food and Hello physique!"
