Thursday - High Volume Shoulders, blech

AM cardio - 20 minutes HIIT on upright bike
Workout - Shoulders - High Volume
I worked out at home today - so some of the numbers are drastically different than when i work out at the gym - their cable set-up must have a greater mechanical advantage, lol. My cable set-up is quite the ego-buster.
I have been really tired all week (hormones) and this high volume stuff is killing me - Not tlifting on tuesday meant I am doing shoulders without a rest day first, I think that may ahve made a difference...any way you slice it, I was not pleased with this workout, but at least I did it.
bb shoulder press 1st set standing 95X10, then I switched to seated DB presses 40'sX10, 8, 8, 8
Upright row (cable) 50X8, 40X10, 10, 8 42.5X8
DB lateral 15'sx10, 15'sX10, 20X8, 15X8, 15X8
bentover lateral 15'sx10, 15'sX10, 20'sX8, 20'sX8
BB shrug 135X10, 135X10, 185X10, 185X10
I skipped db shrugs - my db's at home don't go up high enough and I was fried.
I didn't do PM cardio - I was running up and down stairs all day doing laundry and cleaning, so I was busy and I am trying to rest a little with having been so tired all week.
Food was clean all day - tuna and rice again and again (too hot to cook, lol).
