Thursday - Light back

Wednesday I got up and did Turbo jam (40 minutes, kick boxing) - my energy was lagging the rest of the day and my joints were all sore, so I took the rest of the day off, figuring my body was crying for a break.

Thursday -
Light Back day
warm-up 3 minutes elliptical and 3 sets of 10 pull-ups/10 chin-ups, light assisted
Bentover rows 105X12, 95X15, 95X15
wide grip pull-downs 110X15, 110X15, 105X15
seated cable row 80X20, 80X20
straight-arm pressdown 50X20, 70X20
SLDL w/DB's 3 sets 40'sX15
stretched out, felt good, a little too heavy on some things, a little too light on others....

I will log my cardio and food later :)
