KB Warm Up: 5:30

Practice: Pistols for about 4:30.. I think I did four per side.

Manmaker: 24kg bell for 12 minutes

Work: 10 to 15 reps
Rest: :30 seconds

Hanging Knee Raises: 10/10/10

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: Left shoulder is still a little sore from the Chrissy and Snatches. Hopefully better tomorrow.
