Warm Up: Joint Mobility

Manmakers: 32kg bell! WEEEEEE! Work: 10 reps. Rest: 30 seconds of walking. 13 minutes in total.

Deadlift: 135lbx5x5

Roller and Stretch: 11:00

Thoughts: Take that 32kg bell. Felt good today. I decided to try the 32kg instead of the 24 today. Lost track of time, sorta and wound up doing 13 minutes instead of 12. Nice.
