Thursday Playtime

Yesterday I went in to do cardio, I was just going to do 30 minutes and get out of there, but after my 30 minutes random hills program on the elliptical I kept thinking about the recommended guidelines for an hour of activity a day...I wasn't sure how active the rest of my day would be, so I did this for an additional 35 minutes:

5 minutes treadmill, fast walk, slight incline
10 8-count bodybuilders (1)drop into a squat, 2)thrust your feet out behind you, 3&4) do a push-up, 5) pop your feet out wide 6) pop your feet back in narrow, 7) bring your legs in under you, 8) Stand up...)
10 mountain climbers
1 minute fake jump rope - double hop on each side
back to the treadmill and repeat...for 30-35 minutes!

My legs are sore today, LOL all those walking lunges and leg presses, etc seem to have done the trick
