Thursday - PMS?

Really one of those days - crabby for no reason, knocking something over everytime I turn around, spilling food or drink on myself, just one of those 'nothing going right' kind of days. Very anxious and self-doubting - why am I doing this? Why am I here? I am worried that I am starting another descent into depression. Called my trainer to see if he had any opening today to train me, worried that I wouldn't do it on my own..he didn't. I felt foolish for having called him, I don't know. I downloaded Metallica "Master of Puppets' onto my IPOD and went and did the workout anyways, had a pretty good workout, then probably undid my progress this week with a cheat night..I quit the DI team at my daughter's ex-school. The kids just wanted to screw around this year, I was really frustrated, my daughter wasn't enjoying it anymore, so we went there today and told them - No more DI Team. I am hoping that this was the main cause of stress and next week will be calmer without DI looming over me. Boy I felt bad for the kids who did put some effort in, but the majority just couldn't have cared less. GRRR. ANyhoo...
AM cardio - Manual program on the elliptical - 17 minutes total, HIIT 6 up intervals
Workout:
Shoulders - at least it is one of my favorite parts to work...
Warm-up 4 min elliptical, light presses and front raises
Db overhead presses 20'sX12, 25'sX12, 30'sX10 nice
BB overhead presses seated 60X12, 65X8 (can't get comfortable) standing 65X10, 70X9
Lateral raises 12'sX12, 15'sX12, 15'sX10
pec dec rear delt 40X12, 50X12, 60X8
DB shrugs 40X12, 45X12, 50X10
Cardio 30 minutes intervals on precor elliptical, I really like this program, my heart rate just recovers and its time to run up that hill again...

Things I did right today (maybe it will all balance out)
1) Forced myself into the gym, improved my lifts.
2)Reduced my stress levels by ending the DI Team.
3)Didn't stop for a large bag of Dorito's on the way home from supper..I am reaching here.
I am making it my goal next week to not get derailed like this again.
