Thursday - rest and cardio

I did the "Deck of Cardio" workout in the morning, whew! and for PM cardio I rode the bike for 40 minutes, level 6 random.

Food was good, though short a meal...

6:30
pre/during cardio 1 1/2 scoops whey. BCAA's, glutamine, B6, Nitrix

PWO 1/2 scoop whey (just had time to throw it in before my client arrived)

10:00
6 oz chicken breast, hot sauce
2 stalks celery, Walden farms Bleu cheese dressing
&gt;1/4c walnuts
1/2 grapefruit

2:00
romaine and italian lettuce (3c)
cilantro, green onion
6 oz extra lean ground beef, taco seasoning
salsa, walden farms ranch dressing
2 oz guacamole

5:15
8 oz tilapia fillets
asparagus
12 almonds

8:00
'Tasty Paste'
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
2 TBSP peanut butter
SF caramel syrup
a litle hot water
MMMMM

Things I did right on Thursday:
1) Tried the Deck Of cardio workout and loved it!
2)Made my clients do Deck of Cardio workout (and they actually liked it!)
3) Ate clean, daddy-o!
