Thursday - snowed in!

Am cardio 1 hour and 15 minutes shoveling - did my house and 3 neighbors' houses.
Workout:
Chest and calves:
warm-up 3 sets 10 incline push-ups
Incline db presses 35'sX12, 40'sX10, 45'sX9
Incline BB presses 95X12, 115X6 (I think I was pysched out because I didn't have Brian to spot me) 115X8 (rested a little extra and wow, all by myself!)
flat flyes 20'sX12, 25'sX10, 30'sX10
one leg calf DB raise 20X12, 25X10, 30X8
seated calf raise 80X12, 90X10, 100X8
A good workout - I was a bit hyper, so I pushed a little and got an extra rep or two. Really pleased with those BB presses :)
PM cardio - shoveled again for an hour and a half!
Thursday food:
6:30
1 scoop isopure in crystal lite OJ
banana
Actually went back to bed for a few hours - felt under the weather, so the rest of the day's activities were a pleasant surprise!
9:45ish
Ugli fruit
1 egg, 4 whites

Healthy Choice veg soup
3 oz chicken breast
sugarfree cocoa

2 scoops isopure

At 7:00 dinner will be:
5 oz baked yukon gold potato, smart balance
chicken breast
green beans with almonds (steamed)
Before bed I will snack, too :) probably turkey or eggs and onion.
Did right today:
1) Shoveled everywhere! Made it a workout.
2) Went back to bed and then rocked my workout later...
3)Hmmm...hyperactive today - does that count?
