Thursday - suddenly out of the funk!

Boy - crabby all morning and then one good comment at the gym and I am up again! When I was lifting today, my trainer was training another woman and she asked him if I was the sme person she had seen before, then she came up to me while I was doing my cardio and said I looked great and that Brian had said I was 'Dedicated'. Wow - I was having such a demotivated week and to hear that is so awesome. I am dedicated. :)

AM cardio - 30 minute hills program on recumbent bike

Workout Shoulders
Overhead DB presses 30'sX12, 35'sX10, 40'sX8
Overhead BB presses, standing :) 60X12, 65X10, 70X8
Lat raise 15'sx12 (I was going to stick with the 15's, but some guy took them....so i went up) 20'sX8 HARD, last set - a dropset 20'sX8, 12'sX8, 10'sX8, 8'sX8
Pec dec rear delt 50X12, 60X12, 65X7 poop
DB shrugs 50'sX12, 55'sX10, 60'sX8

PM cardio immediately after - 30 minutes intervals on elliptical - SWEATING! And I am dedicated!

Today's food:
6:15
1 scoop whey
coffee

(cardio)

7:45
5 egg whites
spinach
2 slices health nut bread (the butt pieces..so small)
smart balance

12:15
3 1/2 oz extra lean beef
small baked potato
WF BBQ

(workout and cardio)

3:40
PWo shake
1 1/2 scoops whey
&gt;30g mixed cho
glutamine
crystal lite w/A,C,E

Dinner will be.. most likely fish and rice and veggies or chicken and the same.

Snack - some eggs and onions most likely.
