Thursday - Week 7 variables - Leg day

Woooeee.
I did some cardio this morning since my training session wasn't until 12:30...
Leg day
warm-up 10 minutes elliptical and build up sets to working weight on squats
Squats 165X8dropX8dropX8, 165X8dropX8dropX8 okay, felt like that was plenty :)
Leg press 360X10, 450X8dropX8dropX8 OMG
leg extension 140X10 plus 3 negative reps
lying leg curl 35X20 or something....
standing calf raise 120X15, 120X15dropX15dropX12
seated calf raise 75X15dropX15
It looks short on paper, but this workout kicked my a**! I just can't wait for tomorrow when I can't walk, lol.
Food today -
7:10
1/2c oatmeal
2 scoops whey
tbsp Udo's
9:45
1/2c brown rice
6 oz turkey meat
1/2 tbsp guac, salsa
12: - 1:00 shake/pwo shake supps, etc.
4:15 (oops)
chicken breast
broccoli/sugar snap peas
dill dip
In a little bit I am going to have either utna and veggies or eggs and veggies... going to bed early tonight, i think.
Went to the doctor and she made me feel a lot better - she thinks my goals are great and wants to help me get there. I start new anti-depressasnt tomorrow, so in a few weeks I should be feeling pretty good. :)
