Thursday - WSSC Challenge cardio day

I did Turbo Jam (cardio kick boxing) I think it is a 40-45 minute workout, lots of sweat and lots of fun :)

Food has been clean all week, until last night we went out for vietnamese food. Bleh, feeling the sodium in my fingers today!
