Thursday/Friday

Thursday - got up early, did 45 minutes cardio, trained a client and then worked a concert from 9am til midnight. :0
Friday - Legs
Still fighting off a cold, not enough sleep...we did most of the regular leg routine but dropped the weight down and did 15 reps instead of ten-12 and no dropsets.

decided I was pretty done since I can't seem to get enough oxygen in...and brian said no cardio until my breathing is better..
Im of two minds about that because I just weighed in at the lowest I have been in at least 4 years.:)..dont want to lose progress...but I also feel like crapola...so I will play it by ear I guess and do what I can.
Not lifting today because Im helping my sister and her family move all day....in the snow. lol
