Thursday> DAY 4> WEEK 4 of 4 month challenge
All I could think about all day and during my workout was my baby girl, so even though I spent 90 min. at the gym today, it doesn't seem like I got much done. I just couldn't get into it.

1st meal: (8:30am) 373cal., 32g carbs, 24g protein, 16g fat
2nd meal: (11:00am) 278cal., 10g carbs, 21g protein, 12g fat
3rd meal: (1:30pm) 258cal., 16g carbs, 20g protein, 6g fat
WORKOUT
4th meal: (4:00pm) 180cal., 3g carbs, 19g protein, 5g fat
5th meal: (7:00pm) 380cal., 15g carbs, 40g protein, 10g fat
6th meal: (9:30pm) 138cal., 4g carbs, 27g protein, 1g fat
