Thursday...Physio ) ; and swimming tonight

Normally I would have done a workout at the gym, but I managed to get in to see my physical therapist at noon to assess my back problems. It's actually a lot worse today, probably from running yesterday. Seems that things are beginning to seize up again, so he'll try to loosen it up. It's worked in the past, so hopefully I've caught this before it gets worse and causes problems throughout my body. I hadn't realized how much I was favouring my right side until he did the assessment and I could tell I've been putting very little wt on my right side. So...that's what I did instead of working out. He went pretty hard at my lower back, so needless to say, it's not feelin to hot at the moment. Hope it settles down before my swimming tonight.

On a plus note, my diet is going very well. I seem to have gotten into a really good groove of eating enough but being disciplined enough to not eat extra crap. I still have the occational drink (glass of wine with hubby last night) but I'm keeping it very limited, without much effort. The WW program is helping in that I can easily track my food and usually eat up my extra activity points each day, which is stopping me from going too low with my calories. I managed to drop 5lb my first week, so I'm hoping for a 1-2lb weekly drop for the next 12 weeks.
