Thursday....still tired, but worked out.
I was so baffed yesterday I didn't even go swimming last night. Loafing around the house feeling sorry for myself caused me to get into the halloween candy, among other things );..oh well, got it out of my system.
I did todays workout + the 15 min cardio challenge.
4 min warmup on treadmill
4 sets 12 rows using 45lb barbell
3 sets 12 pull downs 50/60/70
3 set 12 shrugs 25lbs dbls
3 sets supermans, but on knees (hyperextention thingy broken) alternated these with ab bridging
3 sets 12 calf raises 60/80/100lbs
3 sets 12 incline curls 10lb dbls
15 min cardio challenge on ellip: burned 257 cal (less that last time, but it was all I had in me today)
Kind of a drag that I'm feeling a bit down, but I'm sure I'll pop out of it. It's not unusual for me to have a few "down" days, which I just tend to push thru if I can. I have a work related dinner tonight (my 20th service anniversary), but I'm sure the meal will be basic meat and potatoes and veggies.
