Went to the gym at lunch.
warm up on treadmill
1 set prisoner squats
A1 squats 12X45/10X95/6X145
B1 pushups 3X12
B2 seated row 3X12X60lb
C1 step ups 3X12X15
C2 ball jacknife 3X12
stretch to cool down. worked up quite a sweat today!
I really feel like I'm getting back into the groove. YaY!
Got my swim in last night. I'm going to do 1 wt workout over the weekend as well. I'm also doing a 10km walk for MS on Sunday morning (along with 10 of my daughters friends who will be sleeping over for her bday party...should be fun!)
looking forward to updating my stats. don't expect any big changes yet, but it'll be good to keep honest!
