Time to rest

So today was my rest day so I just did 50 minutes of yoga for flexibility. I have the flexibility of an 80 year old so I have been working on that for at least 10 minutes everyday. Yoga is the bomb. I've also decided at the beginning of next month I'm going to attempt the 30 day beach body challenge. So I'm reminding myself on my calendar. It looks like it's going to be excruciating so I'm going to build my strength up first but it's very simple. 2 different exercises each day for 30 day. There's no cardio in the challenge so I'm still going to be doing that. I'm interested in trying all these 30 day challenges.
