Somehow, I forgot to add my last exercise day from last week, so here it is:
Incline Bench Smith,
Sinlges:

Side Delts
Dumbbells:
30 x 6 (Left forarm started killing me!)

Pec-dec:

Yesterday's workout was great. I've decided that my "pushing" power is doing quite well, so now it's time to focus on stabilizers and connective tissue.
Military Press,
Freeweight:
135 x 8
185 x 6
205 x 4
225 x 1
BNP, Freeweight:
135 x 6 x 4
155 x 6
185 x 2
Then, two of my gym partners were having an "arm wars" day, where they were really pushing each other on their lifts, so I decided to join in for triceps. Note, this was AFTER my presses documented above!:
Dips, with weighted belt:
Bodyweight plus 90 pounds (2 plates) x 7
We were going to go for 3 plates, but it didnt look like the chain could hold it; so when I offered HS dips for 10 plates, they both said they had to go get their kids in daycare...LOL!
Arnold presses:
65 x 8
