Warm up: 3x10 walking lunges
SLDL's: 4 sets, 15x75,12x80,10x85,8x95
Stationary lunges: 3 sets w/barbell 12x50,10x60,8x65
Side lunges: 3 sets, 12x15,10x20,8x25 -- these almost feel too easy? Not sure still.

So...by the time we got done with the side lunges, and dealing with a few interruptions, it was 6:35 and we didn't have time for step ups...so, we will be going back tonight, for sure. Fortunately, being Friday, the crowd should be fairly light.
