Well, I didn't do a workout on Friday and Saturday gave my muscles a break since I'm just beginning. I am doing a workout today later on. I'm going to get on the treadmill, elliptical, and bike each for 10 minutes then if I feel up to it do a second round, which would total an hour. Then I am going to catch up on strength training that I didn't do Friday tonight:)
