So yesterday, was the best of days, according to free trainers, it was a back day. I started this program on Wednesday but Tuesday i did biceps and back. Due to that fact, wed morning the muscle that is around my elbow hurt SO bad. Like i couldn't fully extend my arms, so i went in and did some light cardio and left. Wasn't to happy with myself but i didn't want to hurt anything more then it needed to so i let it heal. Today was core and chest and i feel pretty good about it. I didn't have to much weight change between sets. I haven't worked out in a long time so I'm still finding my base line and having a set number to progress from. After my workout i felt pretty inspired. I know it is going to hurt tomorrow but its a good pain. When i use to work out i don't feel like i pushed my self hard enough unless the next day i was sore. That way i know i tore muscle fibers and then they will heal and be bigger and stronger. Diet wise i haven't been counting calories or anything intense like that but i have been reducing the amount i take in during meals and changing from maybe 2 meals a day to three. And since Monday day have cut all soda from my diet. Except for the weak moments on Tuesday and right now where i am treating my self to a white monster. They are so awesome. Before i went to work yesterday, i started watching a documentary on Netflix called "Hungry for a change" and holy crap it opened my eyes, One of the biggest thing I'm taking from it is one, most people that start on a diet usually end up weighing more after the diet then they did before they started. The second thing I'm taking from it is instead of thinking i cant have that soda, or cupcake, or two burgers, think i don't want it. For me at least it is making things a bit easier on controlling my intake. So to recap, feeling good, really pumped, and learned something
