Today is another day to gain strength
I started on my quest for fitness 3 weeks ago. Two months ago I weighed 179, with a body fat of 29.68%. Last month, I was done to 165, body fat of 26.72%. Each day, I feel better and stronger. I carry a picture that I tore of a magazine of my goal. I look at her daily to say "I'm catching you. I'm going to be where you are". My husband laughs at me everytime I tell the picture that, but that's all I see when I'm training...he's not laughing when he feels the results of my labors.
