Today is my BIRTHDAY!

It's my birthday YAY! I turned 45 and decided that I needed to celebrate by getting my dreaded run on. It wasn't too bad and I did 2.45 miles in just under 40 minutes. That's pretty damn good for a 45 y/o 212lb NON runner. Alas the goal is to be better and to not hate running/jogging so much. Looking forward to beginning my weight training AGAIN tomorrow.

    Hey Mishma! Don't let these ever evolving gyms scare you. Just educate yourself about the things you do not know about. There is always someone in the know who can get you the guidance that you need in order to achieve your goals. Grab 50 by the horns and don't look back! Good luck to you in all of your fitness endeavors.

    I have only just started back at the gym after not doing any continued exercise for around 15 years. I turn 50 in the next couple of months and want to do this so that I can enjoy what life has to offer after raising my family. I feel a bit awkward at the gym ...... All the equipment and the way gyms are operated have changed Here's to embracing a new era and lifestyle !! Take Care Michelle :) Keep up the great attitude that you have....
