Today is the best day to start! One day at a time!
Ok, today Andrew and I had our second ballroom dance lesson. We learned the basic steps for several dances includeing the cha-cha, salsa, foxtrot, tango, rumba, waltz, and the swing. I realized I need to lose weight to look and feel better when we start working on the more sexier moves such as rib rolls, flaring arms, and leg extentsions with pointed toes. I want to feel and look extremely sexy on the dance floor.
