Today is the day I get my competition schedule from Kim Oddo!!
I am so excited.. I get my competition schedule from Kim Oddo and then tomorrow I have an appointment to go over it with him.!! Can't wait to see what he recommends w/ diet, calories... etc...
Got up this AM and did 15 minutes of cardio and chest. At lunch, going to go back and do 40 minutes of cario intervals w/ triceps. Really pumped. Will take two days off this week to recover, I hate taking the time off but I worked out pretty hard this week.
I still have to adjust my nightly eating habits. I didn't do so so bad laast night, but have 12 crackers when I got home from work and then had 1/2 cup mac and cheese, bbq (just a little skin) and a piece of corn on the cob!
