Today was a SUCCESS!

I woke up around 5:30 and did pilates followed by a moderate cardio routine. Then I ate a high protein breakfast and went for a nice 30 minute brisk walk. I came home, ate a great healthy lunch complete with veggies, protein, and fiber. Later, I went for a run! Uphill! 20 minutes of running, 15 minutes of fast-walking.

Here's to tomorrow and the motivation to keep it up.
