6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 2/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, splenda
No mid morning snack got too busy dang it
11:30 am: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup green beans or some other veg
2 pm: 1 can tuna, 1 Tbsp light mayo
4:30 pm: 2 scoops whey protein
6:00 pm: workout
7:10ish pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein (Should I have 2 scoops for this?)
7:40ish pm: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, spinach with light Italian dressing
Today was cardio day so 20 min on elliptical and 20 minutes on bike. Did the 8 sprint program on the bike, it was pretty cool like doing HIIT.
