Today's routine

Worked strictly on pull-ups. No sit-ups or push-ups. Will alternate every other day on pull-ups. May do sit-ups/push-ups every day because recover time is less than weight training. Looks like my pull-ups are very weak compared to what they used to be.

Set 1: (Determine max) 6
Set 2: 1, 2, 3, 2
Set 3: 1, 2, 3, 1
Set 4: 1, 2, 1

Total: 25
Max Goal: 10

Going forward I will not do a "max" set. After four weeks, I'll re-test the max set. My next goal will likely be 15 depending on what my max ends up being. Ultimately, I'd like to be able to do 25+ pull-ups with no added weight. Doing weighted pull-ups on the next 4 weeks should help in obtaining that goal.
