todays workout
today I went back to the gym for the first time in a week and I was sucking wind. I however felt real good after the workout. I was able to complete everthing on the list at the perscribed intervals. I actually did more than I expecetd on two. My bodyfat has decreased drematically. I have gne from 21% to 14% in just under 2 weeks. I love this workout routene. I usually do an ab workout everynight before I go to bed and then one during my gym time. Everyday is an ab day.
