30 Mins of Mixed High Max 15/Low Running at 6.5
3 Sets of 20 @ 370 Pounds (Leg Press)
5 sets of 30 on Calf workout 110 Pounds
5 sets at 5 and hold for 5 sec's x 2 70 Pounds thighs workout
3 sets at 10 and hold for 5 sec's x 2 70 Pounds thighs workout

Notes: I was able to max out at 890 Pounds. I'm now starting Mix of One Day High Reps Low Weight ( 5 sets of 10 8x45 then 5 sets of 10 10x45 then 5 sets of 12x45 total of 150 reps) Next Day I do High Weight Low Reps ( 3 sets 10 12x45 then 3 sets of 6 14x45 then 3 sets of 2 of 16x45 total of 54 reps). I'm working on Total Diet so everything I get and drink is Healthy and get more at home and almost never eat out... I want to cut as much fat as I can and build lean muscle.
