OK so starting next week, Monday wil be my very first day at the gym, I'm realy excited and can't wait. The problem is however is that i need a program to help me lose all my chubbyness and to firm and tone. I'm 19 and weigh 92kg, thats scary for my age, i'm 1.73m. I need a gym program to shake it off as quick as possible! so please help!
