This is the circuit, Medicine ball 16 LBS, you through the whole thing twice (three if you are up to it) with no rest between.

Big Circles...Woodchoppers...Standing Russian Twist...Med Ball situp...front squat to push press...Rocky Solo...Toe Touch...45 Degree twist..Suitcase crunch...Diagonal crunch

20 reps each

then run 2.25 miles/8.5 min/mi
