Tons of Cardio
Well thank god the holidays are almost over. Eating wise didn't do so well but did do tons of cardio and am sore from lifting. Other than xmas day, been doing an hour of cardio every day, not too bad. Did chest on Friday, back on Saturday and today will do abs and another hour of cardio. A trainer at my gym told me to lose weight I should be eating 1350 calories a day with 135 g protein and 135 g carbs..doesn't sound like very many calories. But will give it a try.
