Hanging Leg Raises: 15x2
Ball Crunches: 15x2
Rotator Cuff Stuff

Front Squats: 95x5x5
BO Rows: 95x5x5
BB Clean & Press: 50x5/60x5x4
Ball Hyperextensions: 10x5x5
EZ Bar 21's: 45x21/35x21/25x21

Thoughts: 182lbs this morning. Probably had something to do with the beer and hot dogs on the weekend.
I can up the weight on the FS, BO Rows and the Hypers.
Interesting on the 21's. Thought 45lbs would be almost a snap, since the last time I did them I did three sets of 21's at 35lbs. Bring it on, I thought. Ha. The 45lbs was a challenge, dropped to 35lbs, then to 25lbs. Didn't think I would be able to finish them. On a plus, I did see the vein sorta pop out that runs down the front of the bicep.
