Frog Crunches: 2x15
Bicycles: 2x15
Rotator Cuff Stuff
Deadlift: 175x5x4/185x5
Supine Row: 5x5
BB Bench: 125x5x5
DB Push Press: 60(2-30s)x5x5
Monkey Rows: 30(2-15s)x5x5
Reverse EZ Bar Curls: 30xfailurex3
Dips: 13/4 ha!
Thoughts: Weight was 181 this afternoon. I added the curls and dips today. Just felt like it.
I upped the DL and the Bench.
Felt good today.
