What a great workout today. Felt a real good pump.
4 sets lying tricep extensions
4 sets dips behind the back
3 sets db kick backs
4 sets bbell preacher curls
3 sets lying dbell curls
4 sets reverse bbell curls
2 sets crunches
2 sets lying leg raises
30 min on the E machine 334 cal

    Finnally realized my gym shoes were finished. Going to get a pair of Fila Tonight. Always use saucony but gonna try these.
