...well, at least anyway...
In some respects it worked.. in others, I never made the target reps, this time!
Lying Tri Xtns: 15x35/12x50/10x50/7x60
DB Kickbacks: 12x10/12x20/10x20/8x25
Standing DB Curls: 12x10/12x20/9x20/7x20
Standing DB Hammer Curls: 12x10/12x10/10x10/8x15
Gonna do abs tomorrow... a bit busy today... I have to get an "A" on my science project... I mean, I have to HELP my kid get an "A" on HER science project...
