Cardio for 20 minutes on Treadmill.

Abs:
          *Ab Roller Crunch: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 10 Reps Both
          *Machine Crunch: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 10 Reps Both
Back:
          *Machine Pulldown: 20 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
          *Dumbbell Row: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
Shoulders:
          *Machine Shoulder Press: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
          *Seated Machine Lateral Raise: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
Biceps:
          *Dumbbell Curl: 5 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
          *Preacher Curl: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
