Dont know that Im seeing much improvement physicaly..but emotionaly...I feel much more stable...amazing what endorphins can do.

warm up
jumping jacks
skater slides
pogo hop



3 sets
run in place 1 min
MANLY pushups
5 rest 10 seconds 5 more
WHOA...what a difference

3 supersets 15 ea
close stance squats
regular stance
wide stance

gonna hit the treadmill at the kids this afternoon after I revamp the mp3

My workouts feel a bit all over the place. Going to restart the old challenge workout soon...with some modifications for lack of equipment.
I have put on 5 pounds in the last couple of days...but we are blaming that on the pending monthly mess.
