Tuesday 12 week variable program Week one, day one....

Week one - Multi-joint exercises -
Monday - Chest, Tri's, Abs
warm-up elliptical, push-ups and some light sets of bench press.
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
Bench press 115X12 (light), 135X10, 140X8, 140X8 :)
Incline Db press 50'sX10, 50'sX8, 50'sX8
Decline smith press 90X10, 100X10, 110X8
close grip bench 140X9, 140X8, 140X8 boy these sucked
triceps dip bodyweightX 12, 12, 10 shoulders not happy!
Abs - rest 1 minute between sets
superset reverse crunches and crunches with 8 pound med ball, 3 sets 15 each.
Cardio right after 23 minutes total intervals on elliptical.
Food - Off track again today - lots of mental crap going on. Had a pity party but turned it into a celebration of being halfway to my biggest goal...Hurray!!!
Wednesday I am reorganizng my head and my food and getting back in the game.
