Was up late at the neighbor's house visiting, so..here is Tuesday:
Cardio - 30 minutes, moderate intensity elliptical, random

1 egg, 4 whites

salad with Walden Farms Honet dijon dresing

I see that I am getting a little sloppy with my food choices and not eating enough carbs. I was losing weight and eating more carbs than this, so I am not sure why I have reduced them so dramamtically. i am going to add some back in and see how it goes, I have been finding myself a little cranky and irritable, most likely because I am too low carb. Going to aim for 100g a day, not i ncluding veggies. That is what i was doing before and I was losing weight. Anyhow....
Things I did right on Tuesday:
1) Cardio! Didn't want to, throat really dry and sneezing a lot...decided I was too breathless to do HIIT, but I did steady state instead of not doing it.
2)Realized that I have gone too low carb.
3)Declined the pizze offered at my neighbor's house and had salad instead.
