The challenge will officially end this week..I'm truckin forward with Kathys help...ordered the new rules of lifting book...will dive into that next week.This week I'm taking a bit of a break and just working on cardio...I've been putting in 3 miles on the treadmill...give my muscles a little break before starting heavy...I'm excited to start something new.
My body looks alot different now than it did back in October...but not where I want it...gonna work on this last ten pounds...
If I have learned nothing else from this challenge...I did learn that diet is truely key...I can exercise all I want but won't see much improvement if my diet is off...and eating every 3 hours and staying on top of my water makes all the difference in the world...
